listen to what is said and not said, verbally and non verbally, and give everyone attention

teach and inspire young adults to give value and purpose to what they do, it's not all about dance, it is teaching life lessons as well

Applaud:

be the team's biggest cheerleader giving dancers necessary approval and praise 

​

Drive:

push the team beyond what they think their limits are, be responsible, organized, and dedicated
